Wining at Roulette: Colour Based Systems

If you are fond of betting on colours, don’t forget that there are a variety of systems that, applied together and not in isolation, can offer you an interesting positive final balance. Statistically, there are several systems that, applied along with a Labouchere progression, can produce certain winnings.

Technique 1

This one has been devised for simple chance bets, and consists on betting on the last one in hitting. If the player wins, he must keep on betting on repetition, that is to say, on the last one and every time he wins he bets on the last colour that came up. On the contrary, if he loses, he must bet on the number before the last one and, no matter if he wins or loses, he must bet on the last one. However, if the player loses again, he must play on the one before the last one, and so forth. For example: R-B-R-R-B-B-B. Don’t forget that the first red hit is used for deciding what colour to choose.

Technique 2

For this variety, it is essential to make down at least the last five results of a given simple chance. We will explain the method by supposing that a player gets this result: B-R-B-B-R. In this case, the first bet is placed on the opposite option to the first we have written down. Thus, in this example, if we have written BLACK, we will place our bet on RED. If we lose, we will play on the opposite to the second chance written, in our case RED, so we bet on BLACK. On loosing we play on RED and if we lose again, we bet on RED again. When we lose for the third time, we play on BLACK. We must remember that in any spin we win, we must restart all over again or, if the player finds it suitable, he may stop playing for some minutes. Although the technique may seem a little complicated or, may be, too chance based, the system is based on this logical explanation: we have chosen a combination, a pattern that will make us lose just if we play five times and lose in those five times. We would only lose in those five times if the pattern were repeated, which is possible but not very likeable. Any other pattern will make us win at least some spins, that is to say, if B-R-B-B-R. Hits again, we will lose and then any other pattern will help us to win.

For the system to work even better, it is necessary to consider what to do whether zero hits. Some players take it as a lost game, and others place some chips on number zero in every hand just in case it hits. As there are 32 possible patterns (2x2x2x2x2), and knowing that just only one would make us lose, we may realise of the good statistical probabilities of this technique, provided it is applied in a few hands. Advanced players usually combine these techniques with the one called simple Martingala, or with the Labouchere progression. Those who do not want to, or don’t know how to apply progressions usually bet on the contrary option, not increasing the amount of chips but keeping the value of the bet the same, always constant. Moreover, to get a positive winning balance without investing too much money, it is a good idea to bet on all the simple chances at the same time.
